Holiday Home Tour on Legacy Lane - the facade and office

I am continuing the home tour of my friend, JoAnn from Jo on Legacy LaneJo was invited to have her home on the annual Holiday Tour of Homes hosted by the Kappa Department of Murray Woman's Club in Murray, KY. I am featuring her home since she has had zero time to create any posts for her blog.

Today, I am spotlighting the facade of her home and the office.  Sit back and enjoy!

The white brick is Silver Creek" with white sand and mortar from Lee Brick and Block in Murray, KY. Their door is by Jack Wallis Custom Doors and is a handmade barrel door. It is made of mahogany wood. The beautiful lantern light over the door has an antique finish. The tiles on the porch are porcelain and laid in a basket weave pattern.

Love the two whippet dogs on the steps and wreaths in each window across the front.

Let's step into the foyer.

The foyer chandelier is a Crystorama Mercer Chandelier.

As you look into her husband's office, you can see Santa standing on the  11 foot custom made desk. The theme in this room is boats; they have two paintings of boats and ships.

Three additional Santas are standing in front of the boat on top of the Henredon armoire.

Just past the desk is the Christmas tree. Jo Ann is using a cardinal theme for this tree.

Many beautiful ornaments are used on the tree and several special cardinals.

Jo Ann says Houzz.com has inspired many of her room designs. She used a true modern eclectic style of decorating in her house.
