The most patriotic day in the USA, Independence Day is almost here and we are ready to celebrate the Fourth of July.
Many of us are decorating our homes, inside and outside, hanging our flags, planning our menus, and setting our tables with the red, white and blue.
My centerpiece represents the sparkle of the bombs bursting in air sung in our national anthem, "The Star Spangled Banner".
Holding true to American traditions, my table is set for this day of celebration. Bells will be ringing, firecrackers will be popping, candles will be burning.
Patriotic menus include hot dogs, hamburgers, corn on the cob, and apple pie. We will include barbecue and cold slaw in our menu.
Join me in celebrating the Fourth of July by enjoying time with your family and friends for a day of patriotism - Judy.

Independence Day is the most patriotic day of the year, and you have the most patriotic table to match!!! I REALLY like the tablecloth, Judy! The pattern is really great! You did a fabulous job with your centerpiece, too! It has that total "bombs bursting in air" effect going on!
ReplyDeleteI hope you guys enjoy the upcoming holiday week! Grub on some apple pie for me! :-)
One of my favorite themes for tables is the patriotic themes. I'm just oddball enough to admit that it gets my heart stirring to see a red, white, and blue table. I love everything about yours!
ReplyDeleteJudy, Your table is so pretty and welcoming. It just gets you in the mood for the 4th. Great job. Those plates with the flag are beautiful.
ReplyDeleteThanks for sharing.
