If you are like so many of us, we love pizza just about anytime.
I'm sharing pizza that my SIL made the other evening. This Broccoli Rabe Pizza was so tasty. He is such a good cook and was willing to let me take pictures of his pizza.
Although I didn't get his exact recipe, I know he used broccoli raab, garlic, red pepper pesto, chili flakes and goat cheese.
I'm sharing a link for several Broccoli Rabe Pizza recipes. Click here.
Now let's cut the pizza
and plate it with a little Organic Baby Romaine..
Thanks for stopping by - Judy.

Pizza sounds delicious...never thought to use broccoli rabe, though. It is usually pepperoni or margherita.
ReplyDeleteOh wow! That looks really good. After seeing this, I may have to cook an early lunch today - I am already getting hungry! Thanks for sharing this great idea.
