Planning An Easter Brunch

I have been thinking about an Easter Brunch at my daughter's house that she will have Easter weekend. There will be six at her table. I am thinking I will help her set the table with the dishes below and maybe the other pieces in the grouping. I have been looking online for recipes, hopefully something I have not prepared before, something new, something different. We will look at my findings below.

The dishes are Fiesta and an older color of their yellow.

The rabbits are Fitz and Floyd.
The daisy plate is Peggy Karr Glass.

First I did a Google search for Easter Brunch Menu and had many returns:

I read a few of the returns and decided to click on the brunch menus by Woman's Day.

I decided to share these four menus with you and a nice thing about each, the food items are linked to the recipes online. So here they are:

What better way to celebrate Easter than with a scrumptious brunch spread shared with family and friends? To help keep your celebration stress-free, we designed four brunch menus that answer all different kinds of entertaining needs. Whether you’re planning on feeding a large crowd or want to spend more quality family time outside of the kitchen, we’ve got a menu here that’s sure to make this holiday meal a memorable one.

Easy Breezy Easter Brunch Menu
If you prefer easy-to-make dishes that won’t keep you in the kitchen all day, this is the menu for you. Starting with the ultra simple yet elegant Fruit and Cheese Platter and ending with the No-Bake Bonnet Cookies, this meal gives you a stress-free way to enjoy the holiday.

Expecting a Crowd Easter Brunch Menu
Do you have family and friends coming from far and wide to enjoy your delicious morsels? Then this is the menu for you. Dishes like our Ham and Cheese Strata and the Cream of Coconut Cake allow for a buffet-style serving—perfect for accommodating a crowd. And with both non-alcoholic and alcoholic drink options, everyone is sure to find something to toast with.

It’s All in the Details Easter Brunch Menu
What this menu lacks in difficulty, it makes up for in presentation—each of these plates has a Top Chef-worthy look. If you want dishes that’ll wow your guests, start with miniature works of art like our Shrimp Salad Baskets and end with the not-so-traditional Carrot Patch Cake Roll. We guarantee the food will be (almost) too pretty to eat.

It’s Worth the Work Easter Brunch Menu
Home chefs who have the skill—and patience—to prepare a show-stopping meal will love the intricate dishes on this menu. Between the sophisticated Potato-Rosemary Galette and the lusciously layered Triple Onion and Cheese Tart, you’ll have your guests wondering why they ever bothered with reservations before.

I haven't decided which menu we will cook for sure, but I am looking for the one that is quick and easy and that all will enjoy.

Do you have your menu plans ready yet? Thanks for stopping by - Judy.

  1. I love those darling rabbits! Also, I am a Peggy Karr fan - I recently broke my Halloween oblong plate of hers. I was brokenhearted! Cannot wait to really read all of the recipes.

  2. With the dishes & bunnies, I think you have the makings for one very pretty Easter table!

  3. I think I would have to choose something from each menu posted. However, brunch is usually not a meal we serve on Easter Sunday. We eat breakfast before going to church, then we have lunch afterwards.

You will set a very pretty Easter table!
