We are getting out the stars and stripes around my daughter's house.
These Pottery Barn pillows really pop on the white couch. Perfect for bringing the stars and stripes to the living room.
Many of us are thinking about the Fourth of July and how we will spend our day.
It may be at a barbecue or a picnic. Food and fun are always a priority.
It could be a big parade in your area
or a small parade in your neighborhood.
All of these are to celebrate our freedom.
I hope you plan to "Let Freedom Ring"
and wave your flags proudly.

Judy,
ReplyDeleteDear one, you have "Let Freedom Ring" with amazing classic accents!!!
The pillows are stunning against the white sofa!!! I adore the vignette on the trayscape! The pearl napkin ring adds such elegance to the red, white and blue theme!!!
But who could resist those smiling faces waving their flags with such enthusiasm???
Long may our flag wave in peace!!!
Fondly,
Pat
I'd say that the room is totally ready to celebrate the 4th. Great details! You made me realize that I need to get a move on. Cherry Kay
ReplyDeleteHi Judy,
ReplyDeleteYour living room shines with these pretty patriotic primary colours; so tastefully done! That little 'neighbourhood' parade of yours is TOO cute!! Thanks for sharing. Lovely!
Have a great week!

Everything looks great...love the pillows...and such cute pictures of the boys!
ReplyDeleteCute post!! Your grandsons are adorable! Love all the red white and blue!
ReplyDeleteThe room looks great. Ready for the celebration of freedom to begin. I love it all. I have got to finish my July 4th decorating soon. Thanks for sharing. karie

I can't wait until we have grandchildren - for many reasons! One of the fun things I would do is sign my family up for the Push Em, Pull Em Parade on 4th of July. Everyone is pushing strollers or pulling wagon loads of kids. The paraders toss out candy and treats to the observers. We always ride our bikes up to see friends and their kids/grands. One day it will be our turn.
ReplyDeleteLOVE all your 4th ideas.
Ohhh your patriotic décor is sooooo sweet. Love it.

Beautiful post and images of our great flag that stands for our freedom. The pillows from PB are great and the images of those children perfect.
ReplyDeleteCynthia
Love those pillows, and all the other special "patriotic" touches!
ReplyDeleteCute photos! I love the 4th of July parades!

Just love how you pulled the placesetting together. The napkin ring reminds me of fireworks! The pillows do look wonderful on the couch! Saw some other decor peeking about! Happy Fourth.. xo marlis
ReplyDeleteYour daughter's house is certainly festive and ready for the celebrating! The little ones caught my eye. They are precious! I'll be spending the 4th with my two young grandsons; unfortunately, we'll be packing and moving their house rather than going to a parade, but I'm looking forward to the time together! However you end up celebrating, I hope you enjoy yourself!
ReplyDeleteOh, how cute! The little ones are just darling! Funny how a flag can bring so much joy to a child's face!
ReplyDeleteYour daughter's home is really getting spruced up nicely for the upcoming holiday! It's looking great! I really like the pillows!!! I saw some stars & stripes pillows at Old Time Pottery a few months ago in the sale bin, but I didn't buy them. Dumb! :-(
Stay cool this week!
All the decorations are beautiful. The pillow are my favorite. Thanks for sharing.
ReplyDeleteBeautiful patriotic vignettes...I have the large PB pillow and love it...the pillows look great against the white sofa...Looks like the kids are having such great fun in the parade!!! Happy 4th to you and your family1
ReplyDeleteSuch a adorable post..love those pillows!
ReplyDeleteBettyMarie
this is definitely my favorite time of year! love those pillows
ReplyDeleteWell it looks as though your daughter is like the apple not falling far from the tree - she has exquisite taste and design talent just like her Momma!
ReplyDeleteLooks AWESOME - but nothing is as cute as those two little grands, they are precious as can be.
Judy- you got me with Let Freedom Ring! That's the key to our Independence Day! Love those pillows and the place setting. June flew by and I can't believe it's going to be the 4th of July in e week! Our town is starting the Cherry Festival this Saturday and it goes for a week. They always tie it in with the 4th of July. Lots of daily events, and two parades! We have so many people visit this town it grows by 100,000 for a week! I actually avoid a lot of it anymore.
ReplyDeleteHave a great 4th!
How fun is that white sofa? You (or your daughter) get to dress it up for every season. I don't think it could be more patriotic.

Judy, you are inspiring me to get some patriotic things out here. The 4th will be here before we know it. Your grands are adorable. I always go watch the neighborhood parade. It used to pass in front of our home, but when we moved our current home isn't on the route. Happy 4th of July! ~ Sarah
ReplyDeleteLove the "parade car"! those PB pillows are perfect on your great sofa!
ReplyDeleteJudy, I just love neighborhood parades with the little ones! We don't have that in our current neighborhood :-( All of my patriotic decor is packed and at the storage facility in hopes we move soon! Next year I will make sure all is covered in red, white & blue :-) Have a wonderful weekend friend!
ReplyDeleteJudy, Your daughter's home is decorated beautifully for the holiday. Thanks for linking to the Open House party and check out this week's party for your feature.
