To Remember His Sweetheart

While I was last visiting my Dad, I noticed he still has a little table vignette decorated to remember my Mom. Since Valentine's Day is approaching, I thought it was the perfect time to share these pinks and whites with you.

The vignette started with a pink floral arrangement and a cute lidded box with a pink bow sitting on a Battenburg lace cloth.

The clock was an anniversary gift to my parents. It's engraved with their names and wedding date, February 8, 1946.

The cherub was a gift from a family friend when Mom passed away.

Hope you can spend some time with your sweetheart on Valentine's Day - Judy.

  1. Hi Judy!

What a sweet Valentine vignette! It is wonderful that you remembered you mom this way, sounds like you dad is also sentimental.

I guess I better get on the Valentine bandwagon and get creative.

  8. This is so special, Judy. What a sweet memorial. I was just home to see my dad for his 90th birthday, and there are reminders everywhere of my mom, though she passed away ten years ago. Thank you for sharing this with us.

Thanks so much for becoming a follower and I love how you used the heart box inside the napkin!
