Eating Crow

Could you do it?

Could you eat a little crow?

Could you eat a little crow to save a friendship?

....it might be your best friend

.... it might be your spouse

... it might be your son or daughter

You could eat it slowly.

Or hash it over and over.

It's not hard to do.

I've had to do it a few times myself.

Don't think about the terrible taste it will leave in your mouth.

It will make you ever so humble.

Oh,  just swallow it quickly.

Then it will be over.

  1. So cute Judy and so true. I've done it a few times but to be honest I'd rather do it that way than sit down to the table with the 'real thing', and they look very real to me. That looks very scary BUT so appropriate for the season..Happy Weekend..Judy

  2. LOVE your tablescape, Judy- but then again, I always do!

Welre thinking alike - I just posted a black bird too, so neat.

I eat crow all the time, and stuff my foot in my mouth often.

Best I just keep quiet most times, haha.

    Hugs.

  8. Hi Judy,

I just love your black/white Raven tablescape! Everything looks so inviting for Halloween. I also noticed the card you made. I picked up the same stamp at Michael's Crafts and have been creating with it. Thank you so much for stopping to visit me. I hope your week is off to a great start.

  17. Judy, here is how I dry hydrangeas: after cutting them I put them in a bucket with about an inch or 2 of water. I keep them in the garage and when the water evaporates they are dried! This method has worked for me for 20 years. Hope this helps.
