Mercury Glass Bottles

Looks like the mirrored chest is now one of my favorite places to decorate when I am at my daughter's house. Sadly, I put away the nativity set that was sitting on it and now the chest has a new look. The mercury glass bottles are a gift I gave her for Christmas and I think their reflections in the mirrored glass is striking. You can see the etched pattern in both bottles.

Thanks for stopping by to see the my Mercury Glass Bottles - Judy.

  5. Visiting from TTT. I'm such a sucker for mercury glass. My sister-in-law had some very heavy mercury glass ornaments that she had arranged in a wooden sleigh. I wanted to sneak them out on Christmas day but I really think she would have noticed. These pieces are beautiful and I like the mirrored chest as well.

  15. A lovely vignette using the mercury bottles. I love how it sparkles and I am going to leave mine out this winter to add a little sparkle to the dreary days of January. I started collection last year after Christmas and now have a nice little collection going. I'm visiting over from Honey's party.

  17. Gorgeous! I have a mirrored chest and although I like the lamp that's on it, just realized it really needs a mercury glass one!
