We are staying inside and inviting close friends over for an evening dinner. Come join us!
The table is set for the evening with a bit of glitz. Fine China placed on top of shiny gold charges and sparkling stemware set the tone for the evening.
Why not set the table and make it sparkle? Bring it on, a beautiful table and fun with friends!
The stemware is Sparkle by Waterford Crystal. Our friends will appreciate this elegant table.
In the center of each plate is an iridescent sherbet glass that belonged to my grandmother. I don't use these very often, but this dinner is the perfect time.
I'm keeping the centerpiece for the table low since there will be lots of talking and laughter across the table. The three small trees and white deer were a Christmas gift from my daughter.
Hi Judy! Your table is just gorgeous! I love the sparkly look of everything. Those candlewick goblets are so pretty. I have 7 candlewick ice tea glasses from a dear aunt who passed away and also some candlesticks. I would love to find some more pieces. I don't think I've ever seen the goblets before! Everything is so lovely.
ReplyDeleteBe a sweetie,
Shelia ;)
Thanks Shelia. The goblets are very special to me.

ReplyDeleteYour table is lovely! I always appreciate when the host of a dinner party puts in the extra effort to make the table look amazing.
ReplyDeleteThis is quite lovely, using beautiful dishes and exquisite crystal! How special an evening this will be! Especially since treasured family items are being featured. And I love the pretty tone on tone tablecloth, the texture really comes through the photos. Enjoy your party!

ReplyDeleteYour tablescape is stunning. Best idea to stay inside with friends. It is too cold in Kentucky, right now. Thanks for linking up.
ReplyDeleteBeautiful pics so much elegance captured. Happy Monday.
ReplyDeleteMuch love...
Judy - simple, yet elegant and classy! I have some red wine glasses, a gift from one of our former au pairs, which are special to us. And some stemless wine glasses with a moose motif that were a retirement gift from my brother and his wife. Precious! Thanks for linking to Mosaic Monday!
