First Hummer of the Year

I put my hummingbird feeder out a couple of days ago. My kitchen sugar supply was low so only a small batch of sugar water was made.

Low and behold, this morning a hummer scout visited my feeder.

It's always exciting to see the hummers when they start returning to my feeders. - Judy.

  10. Judy - what a coincidence. I was just thinking today about when I should put mine out … of course, we are probably 3 - 4 weeks behind your weather. At a minimum, I can get them out and give them a good cleaning! Enjoy your Easter week!

  12. Hello again!
We just bought a couple of new feeders - found them at TSC. They have an ant-moat built in to the top of the feeders. If you are needing a new feeder, you should consider one.
    Have a happy day!
