The Colors of Fall

I hope you have been enjoying the colors of Fall. The yellows, reds, oranges, and green have been so vibrant in my area. Many of these leaves have fallen so my tablescape today reflects these wonderful colors; for most of us, they are such a welcome and so relaxing to look at. When those breezy days of Fall put a chill in the air, it's a bowl of soup that warm the body.  A favorite Fall soup tureen serves as my centerpiece. Take a look:

Do you have a favorite soup to serve in your tureen?

My favorite soup is always tomato basil.

To accent my tureen, I am using an assembly of fall colors for my stack of dishes.

Brown plates with two sizes of Fall leaf plates, all sitting on yellow placemats.

A smaller yellow leaf accent plate along with beige cloth napkins and brown wooden napkin rings bring more fall colors to the table.

Amber stemmed goblets bring another fall color.

Elevating the tureen allows for additional fall elements to be added beneath. Pumpkins, gourds, berries, and leaves. All part of the fall harvest and landscape.

Fall colored votive candles.

Oh for the love of Fall colors.

Thanks for stopping by to share The Colors of Fall - Judy.

  19. Hi, Judy! I love the brighter yellow as the foundation of the place setting. It really helps to better showcase everything on top of it. The plates with all the different colors really does remind me of fallen leaves! Beautiful way to display your tureen on that silver pedestal! It really gives it the prominence it deserves! VERY pretty!
