Winter Blue Mix

The weather man is calling for a winter mix in the forecast today for my area of Missouri. With this in mind, I am using blues and whites for my tablescape.

With snow on its way, I am using my white snowflake napkin rings.

My tablescape is pretty inexpensive, with several of the elements coming from the Dollar Tree (white plates, and blue water goblets).
The blue candle holder, white votive candles, and smaller blue glasses are from Home Goods.
The blue placemats are TJ Maxx.
The flatware was a wedding gift from my Grandmother.
The tablecloth was purchased from eBay and not too pricey.

A few tulips in a blue vase should help me get through a snowfall.

I do think snow is so beautiful and so much fun for my grandsons to play and throw snowballs. But it's the driving in the car and trying to get around that makes it a little  scary. Take care - Judy.

  1. Judy, Your table really caught my eye. I love the combination of blue and white, but using the really dark blue was a great choice. Your tablecloth is lovely and the white tulips are perfect. Hope you aren't snowed in. Dianne

  2. Hi Judy,

Your tablescape is sooo pretty!!! I really love to see blue, white and silver together on a winter table. That tablecloth is beautiful, and I love the blue candle holder. Your flatware is lovely -- what a sweet gift from you grandmother.

I wish we'd get a little snow over our way. I haven't seen a single flake this winter. Enjoy the snow and be safe. :)

  5. Beautiful...I am really into blues so far this year. The stemware and candle holder goes so nicely with that lovely tablecloth.
I am not sure where in Missouri you are, but in eastern Kansas we only got a dusting of snow yesterday...gone today, blown away, too cold to melt!

  10. Judy, You did a blue-tiful job of tablescaping. It's all so fresh and pretty. Are you looking forward to the snow? It's been a mild winter, so far, here in GA. Snowflake napkin holders are about all the snow we'll get here.
Hugs and have a great week,

  15. I've always loved blue glass things, so I really like your table. The candle holder is very pretty, along with your dishes and napkins. I have those same goblets, only I accidently broke one of mine. Every time I go back to the Dollar Tree, I check their glassware in hopes they bring those back in stock. Maybe someday. Thank you very much for dropping by my blog!

  20. This looks great, Judy! I have these same Dollar Tree plates and I love them. They don't look at all like they were only a dollar! I use them with almost all of my tablescapes and just switch out the accents! Looks lovely! Hope you have a great day! =)
